Hudson at the Crossroads District – Temple, TX
Ground-Up Multifamily Development | Completed 2024
Stellar Construction served as the general contractor for this 265-unit, Class A multifamily community in Temple’s emerging Crossroads District. The Hudson spans two stories across multiple garden-style buildings and was delivered on schedule in early 2024.
The project included comprehensive site development, slab-on-grade foundations, wood-frame construction, and full MEP integration. Exterior scopes included masonry accents, cementitious siding, pitched roofs, and covered breezeways. Interior units feature modern finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer/dryer connections.
Stellar also managed the buildout of amenity spaces including a resort-style pool with cabanas, a clubhouse, a fitness center, co-working offices, and pet-friendly amenities. The project was executed with a transparent, owner-minded approach, leveraging open-book budgeting, responsive communication, and real-time project tracking through our FORGE construction platform.

Hudson at Orchard Park – Lubbock, TX
Ground-Up Multifamily Development | Completed 2022
Stellar Construction served as the general contractor for this 241-unit, Class A multifamily community in Lubbock’s desirable Orchard Park neighborhood. The Hudson was built across 31 two-story garden-style buildings and delivered on schedule in late 2022.
The project included full site development, slab-on-grade foundations, and wood-frame construction with durable exterior materials including brick veneer and fiber cement siding. Roof structures featured pitched designs with architectural shingles, and covered breezeways supported resident accessibility and long-term weather resilience. Interior scopes included granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer hookups, and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
Stellar also constructed key amenity spaces including a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse with co-working lounge, dog park, and controlled-access entries. Delivered with transparency and precision, the project followed Stellar’s open-book approach and was managed via our proprietary FORGE platform to ensure clear communication, real-time updates, and cost control throughout the process.

Virtu on Bagby Ave – Waco, TX
Ground-Up Multifamily Bungalow Development | Completed 2024
Stellar Construction served as the general contractor for this 266-unit, single-story multifamily community in Waco, Texas. Designed in a modern bungalow style, Virtu on Bagby offers a blend of private entry living and community-scale amenities in a fast-growing submarket. The project was completed on schedule in 2024.
The scope included full site development, slab-on-grade foundations, and wood-frame construction across multiple buildings. Exterior materials include brick veneer and fiber cement siding, with pitched roofs and individual private entries. MEP systems were fully integrated and designed for energy efficiency, supporting all-electric kitchens, central HVAC, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups.
Interior units feature 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, durable flooring, ceiling fans, and thoughtfully designed layouts to support both comfort and functionality. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, co-working space, and pet-friendly features like private backyards and dog waste stations.
Delivered with Stellar’s transparent, owner-aligned approach, the project followed an open-book budgeting model with proactive project management via the FORGE platform. All phases were carefully coordinated to meet quality standards and maximize long-term asset performance.

Marabella – Amarillo, TX
Ground-Up Senior Independent Living | Completed 2023
Stellar Construction served as the general contractor for this modern, 55+ independent living community in Amarillo, Texas. Completed in late 2023, Marabella offers single-level living designed specifically for senior comfort and operational efficiency.
The project scope included full site development with slab-on-grade foundations and wood-frame construction across one primary building. Exterior finishes consist of fiber-cement siding and architectural trim, with durable, low-maintenance roofing. Full MEP integration supported community and suite systems—including high-efficiency HVAC, in-unit washer/dryer hookups, and energy-saving lighting.
Inside, Marabella features spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans (679–946 sq ft) with upscale finishes such as quartz countertops, tile bath surrounds, vinyl plank flooring, and black appliances. Common areas include a clubhouse, library, business center, fitness room, laundry facilities, and a large pavilion courtyard with walking paths—designed for both resident independence and communal engagement.
Constructed with an owner-minded, transparent process, the project adhered to open-book budgeting and project coordination facilitated by Stellar’s FORGE platform. Emphasis on phased permitting, utility coordination, and senior-accessible design ensured delivery on time, on budget, and code-compliant.

The Vineyards at Monterey – Lubbock, TX
Ground-Up LIHTC Multifamily Development | Completed 2019
Stellar Construction acted as the general contractor for this 96-unit, garden-style multifamily community developed under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program in Lubbock. The site broke ground mid‑2016 and reached completion in late 2019.
The scope included comprehensive site work, slab-on-grade foundations, and wood-frame construction across multiple buildings. Exterior finishes combined brick veneer, fiber cement siding, pitched shingle roofing, and covered breezeways to support long-term durability and low-maintenance performance .
Full MEP systems were implemented throughout, including efficient HVAC, washer/dryer hookups, internet and cable infrastructure, and energy-efficient lighting. Units consist of one- to three-bedroom layouts with washer/dryer provisions, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, and either garage or carport options.
Onsite amenities feature a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse with business center/Wi‑Fi lounge, playground, and gated access—delivered per high-quality affordable housing standards.
Constructed with Stellar’s owner‑aligned, transparent process, the project leveraged open-book budgeting, proactive utility coordination, phased permitting, and real-time progress tracking via FORGE. The LIHTC structure—providing equity in exchange for affordable rents capped at 60% AMI—allowed delivery of high-value units for working families.
